Edward Gauthier, Bankruptcy Attorney
Attorney Edward Gauthier is an experienced bankruptcy attorney. Attorney Gauthier obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and served four years in the Army where he worked in Kuwait and Iraq. After obtaining an honorable discharge, he studied at Western New England College School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude. During law school, Attorney Gauthier was the Assistant Editor of the Western New England Law Review and interned with the United States District Court in Springfield and the New England Innocence Project. After law school, Attorney Gauthier worked as a judicial law clerk writing legal briefs and judicial decisions in the civil and criminal parts of the Connecticut Superior Court. After he completed his clerkship, Attorney Gauthier entered private practice where he has represented hundreds of people throughout the courts of Massachusetts. Attorney Gauthier is licensed in Massachusetts, New York and Connecticut and is a member of the American, Massachusetts, Franklin, Hampshire, Hampden and Worcester County Bar Associations and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Angela Nelson has been our firm's bankruptcy paralegal since 2008. She is a 1998 graduate of Quabbin High School and is a life long resident of Worcester County. Angela is an invaluable member of our legal team and assists in the preparation of bankruptcy paperwork for filing in court.
